Clone or Transfer a Docker Compose App
Use Clone to duplicate an app and its data, or Transfer to move the app to another server in your team. You can find both options on the Advanced page under Clone or Transfer App.
Only users with permission to delete the app can clone or transfer it.

Section titled “Clone the app”Clone an app to test changes safely on a duplicate, or to run an identical instance on a second server.
- Open your app and navigate to Settings → General.
- Under Clone or Transfer App, click Clone.
- Choose the server for the copy.
- Enter a Name of the copy.
- Click Clone the app now.
You can clone an app only after it has been deployed.
Transfer the app
Section titled “Transfer the app”Transfer an app when you want to move it to another server in your team.
- Open your app and navigate to Settings → General.
- Under Clone or Transfer App, click Transfer.
