v2026.55

FlyWP release featuring server monitoring alerts, Slack notification channels, and guided Git deployments.

New in FlyWP: Server Monitoring Alerts, Slack Notifications & More

FlyWP just got better at keeping you informed.

With this release, v2026.55, you can receive server monitoring alerts directly in FlyWP and your team’s Slack channels, helping you identify issues faster and keep your infrastructure running smoothly.

We’ve also improved the first-deployment experience for Git-based sites and addressed several issues across notifications, backups, HTML sites, and SSL installation.

Let’s explore what’s new.

New Features

Server Monitoring Alerts

Catch infrastructure issues before your customers do.

FlyWP now sends 9 new server monitoring alerts to the notification center and by email, helping you stay on top of server health without constantly checking your dashboard.

The new alerts cover:

  • Server not responding
  • High CPU usage
  • High memory usage
  • Disk space reaching critical levels
  • Recovery notifications for these conditions

We’ve also introduced a configurable Disk Critical threshold, set to 95% by default. CPU and memory alerts use a 10-minute evaluation window to help reduce false alarms and avoid unnecessary notifications caused by temporary spikes.

With these alerts, you can respond to potential infrastructure issues sooner and keep your servers running reliably.

Slack Notification Channels

Get important infrastructure alerts where your team already works.

You can now connect a Slack workspace to FlyWP and send server and site alerts directly to your team’s preferred channels.

Key capabilities include:

  • Connect your Slack workspace
  • Send server and site alerts to up to 5 Slack channels
  • Test notifications directly from FlyWP
  • Configure and test notifications from Team Settings or the server and Site → Monitoring & Logs pages

By bringing alerts into Slack, your team can stay informed and collaborate on issues without constantly switching between tools.

Enhancements

A Guided First Deployment for Git-Based Sites

Deploying a Git-based site is now more straightforward.

FlyWP introduces a “Ready to deploy” checklist that checks your deployment key before enabling the Deploy Now button.

This guided workflow is available for Git-based sites, including:

  • Bedrock
  • Laravel and PHP
  • Node.js
  • HTML

By validating deployment readiness before you start, FlyWP helps make the first deployment clearer and reduces avoidable setup issues.

Bug Fixes

  • Notifications Open in the Correct Team: Fixed an issue where clicking Open FlyWP in a notification email could take you to the wrong team. The button now directs you to the correct team.
  • More Reliable Backups After a Provider Switch: Switching backup providers no longer disrupts nightly cleanup or backup deletion. Additionally, pCloud files that have already been deleted are now cleared from FlyWP without triggering errors.
  • Non-Git HTML Site Configuration Fix: Fixed a configuration issue affecting HTML sites that don’t use Git, improving reliability for users deploying static HTML sites through FlyWP.

Hotfixes

  • SSL Installation on 8G Firewall Sites: Fixed an issue where the 8G Firewall could interfere with the domain validation check performed before SSL certificate installation. The check can now proceed correctly, allowing SSL installation to continue.

Wrapping Up

This release focuses on proactive monitoring, faster incident awareness, and smoother deployment workflows.

With server monitoring alerts and Slack notification channels, you can keep track of infrastructure issues through the tools you already use. The guided first-deployment checklist also makes it easier to get Git-based sites ready to deploy.

Combined with improvements to backups, notifications, HTML sites, and SSL installation, these updates make FlyWP more reliable and easier to manage.

Stay informed. Respond faster. Manage your infrastructure with confidence.
