WordCamp Sylhet 2026 gave us something we value a lot at FlyWP: time with the people who build, manage, and grow WordPress websites every day.
As a Platinum Sponsor, we wanted to meet the community in person, show people what FlyWP can do, and hear about the challenges they face when managing WordPress infrastructure.
We talked with developers, WordPress users, and agency professionals. We answered technical questions, demonstrated real workflows, discussed our White Label program, and, of course, shared plenty of candy.
Here’s a look at what happened in Sylhet, what visitors explored at our booth, and how you can continue the conversation with us.
More Than 250 Conversations at WordCamp Sylhet
Before WordCamp Sylhet, we invited attendees in our pre-event post to stop by our booth, meet the team, and bring their toughest WordPress infrastructure questions. We were happy to see people do exactly that.
Some visitors came to learn about FlyWP for the first time. Others wanted to see the platform in action or talk through how it might fit into their existing workflows. We also met people who manage WordPress websites for clients and wanted to explore a more centralized way to handle their work.
Those conversations mattered because no two WordPress setups are exactly alike. A developer managing a few personal projects may have very different needs from an agency responsible for dozens of client websites. Meeting people in person helped us understand those differences and have more useful conversations about their work.
We’re grateful to everyone who took a few minutes to stop by, ask a question, share an experience, or simply say hello. Those conversations are a big part of what makes showing up at WordCamps worthwhile.
What Visitors Explored in Our One-to-One Demos
More than 50 visitors joined us for one-to-one demos. Rather than giving everyone the same presentation, we focused on what each person wanted to see or understand.
Here are some of the things we explored together.
Creating a WordPress Site on the Spot
We demonstrated the WordPress site creation workflow live. Visitors could see the process rather than relying on a list of features or a few screenshots.
For people who regularly set up websites, this was an opportunity to understand how FlyWP can simplify deployment and bring more of their infrastructure workflow into one place.
Managing Multiple WordPress Sites From One Dashboard
We also showed how FlyWP helps users manage multiple WordPress websites from a centralized dashboard. This was particularly relevant to people who look after websites for clients.
When you manage several sites, routine work can quickly add up. Having a central place to handle website and server management can make those workflows easier to organize.
Discussing Existing WordPress Infrastructure
Not everyone came looking for a standard product walkthrough. Some visitors wanted to discuss the servers and websites they already manage.
That is where our WordPress Infrastructure Clinic came in. A banner and QR card at the booth invited visitors to take a 2-minute assessment, get a personalized Infrastructure Health Score by email, and talk it through with an expert.
Our team talked through their questions, offered technical input, and explored how FlyWP might fit into their current setups. These conversations gave us a chance to talk about real-world requirements instead of treating every use case as the same.
Making Time for Longer Demos
A busy event booth isn’t always the best place to discuss every technical detail. That’s why we also offered visitors the option to book a dedicated one-to-one demo for a longer conversation.
If you wanted to explore a particular workflow or discuss your own setup in more detail, a dedicated session gave you more room to do that.
Missed us at WordCamp Sylhet? You can still book a FlyWP demo and bring your questions to the team.
Why We Enjoyed Talking With WordPress Agencies
Agency professionals were an important part of the conversations at our booth.
When you build and maintain websites for clients, your work often extends well beyond launching a site. You may also need to manage servers, handle backups, keep websites updated, monitor performance, collaborate with teammates, and maintain different workflows for different clients.
We spoke with agency professionals about how they handle these responsibilities and showed them how FlyWP can help bring multiple WordPress sites and infrastructure tasks into one dashboard.
Every agency works differently, so we didn’t approach these conversations with a one-size-fits-all answer. We wanted to understand what people were doing today and discuss where FlyWP could help.

FlyWP White Label Got Visitors Talking
Another topic that attracted interest was FlyWP White Label.
Several visitors asked about the program and expressed interest in joining. It was encouraging to hear from agencies and service providers exploring ways to offer hosting under their own brands without building an entire WordPress management platform from scratch.
That’s the idea behind FlyWP White Label. You can build your hosting business around your brand, your customers, and your pricing, while FlyWP provides the platform behind the scenes.
We enjoyed hearing how people might use it in their own businesses. Conversations like these help us understand what potential users want to offer their customers and what they need from the platform.

Yes, We Brought Candy
Not every conversation needs to start with a technical question.
We brought candy to the booth, and it gave people one more reason to stop by. Some came to learn about FlyWP, some wanted to chat with the team, and others were happy to take a little treat along with them.
It was a small thing, but it felt right for a community event. We were there to talk about WordPress infrastructure, of course, but also to meet people and enjoy being part of the WordPress community.
A Small Moment to Remember: The Closing Ceremony
We wrapped up our time at WordCamp Sylhet by attending the closing ceremony, where FlyWP received a sponsor crest.
It was a nice way to close the event and recognize our role as a Platinum Sponsor. But the most memorable part for us wasn’t something we could take back to the office in a box. It was the people we met and the conversations we had throughout the event.
Thank you to the WordCamp Sylhet organizers and volunteers for bringing everyone together. And thank you to everyone who visited our booth, tried a demo, asked a question, or shared feedback with us.

Let’s Keep the Conversation Going
WordCamp Sylhet 2026 may be over, but we’d love for the conversations to continue.
If you met us at the booth, thank you for stopping by. If you missed us, you can still explore FlyWP, learn more about what it can do, or book a demo to discuss your WordPress infrastructure needs with our team.
We came to Sylhet to meet the community, share what we’re building, and listen. We left with plenty of conversations to remember and more ideas to think about.
Until the next WordCamp, keep building.
