This powerful tool streamlines your multi-website management by allowing you to view and apply updates across all your sites from one place. You don’t need to go to each website’s settings anymore to check what’s not updated, everything you will get in the same interface.
What is Bulk Updates feature in FlyWP?
The Bulk/Batch Update feature lets you view and bulk manage all your website’s updates in a centralized way. Here you can update themes, plugins, and WP Core versions individually or simultaneously. Let’s explore in detail what you get in this bulk update feature:
Pending Updates
- Added a centralized dashboard to view pending updates for all websites managed through FlyWP.
Plugin Updates
- New functionality to update all plugins on a specific website with a single click.
- Added the option to update all plugins across all sites on a specific server.
WordPress Core Updates
- Update the WordPress core version on individual sites.
- Added an option to update the WordPress core version across all sites on a specific server.
One-Click Update for Everything
- “Update Everything” module to update all server plugins and WordPress core versions across all sites with just one click.
Enhancements
- Improved the overall user experience for managing updates, making it more intuitive and efficient.
- Optimized backend processes to ensure smoother and faster updates across multiple sites.
Patches and Fixes
- wp-config.php Update for OLS Sites: Previously, the wp-config.php file wasn’t being updated due to a minor glitch for OpenLiteSpeed (OLS) environments. Now the issue is fixed.
- Domain Update Resolution: Change/replacement of domain URL on setting was not updating earlier. The issue is resolved across all sites.
- Bedrock Route Adjustment: Corrected routing issues and refreshed menu paths for Bedrock configurations
- Site Cloning and Domain Alias Fix: Fixed site cloning errors for OpenLiteSpeed sites and also fixed domain alias problems.

You do not need to have professional expertise or any kind of prior experience to operate the Bulk Update feature. Navigate to “Dashboard → Sites”, you will see the bulk management interface right there.
