July was one of the biggest months in FlyWP’s journey.
This month, we launched FlySecurity Pro, making enterprise-grade WordPress security available directly inside FlyWP. Alongside it, we introduced smarter navigation with the Global Command Palette, passwordless authentication, better WordPress management tools, and a series of productivity improvements to help you manage your infrastructure faster than ever. Here’s everything we shipped in July.
⭐ Key Highlights
FlySecurity Pro – Enterprise-Grade Security for Every Site

Security took center stage in July.
We officially introduced FlySecurity Pro, bringing proactive WordPress security directly into FlyWP. Designed to help you stay ahead of vulnerabilities and emerging threats, FlySecurity Pro gives you enterprise-grade protection without the complexity.
To help everyone experience it firsthand, every eligible FlyWP site now includes a 30-day FREE trial that unlocks all premium security features at no additional cost.
What you get
- Vulnerability monitoring
- Malware detection
- Proactive security alerts
- Premium protection for your WordPress sites

After your free trial, you can continue protecting your websites for just $2 per site per month.
Daily Vulnerability Digest:
Security notifications should help you take action – not overwhelm your inbox. Instead of sending an email after every vulnerability scan, FlyWP now consolidates all security findings into a single Daily Vulnerability Digest, giving you one actionable summary each day.
Benefits:
- One daily security report
- Less notification fatigue
- Better visibility across all sites
- Easier vulnerability management
⌘ Global Command Palette
July also introduced one of the biggest productivity upgrades in FlyWP. The new Global Command Palette (⌘K) lets you instantly navigate across servers, sites, and pages using a fast, scoped search experience.
Combined with improved role-aware search permissions, navigating FlyWP is now significantly faster and more secure.
Passkey Authentication:
Passwords are optional now. FlyWP now supports Passkey Authentication (WebAuthn), allowing you to sign in with Face ID, fingerprints, Windows Hello, or hardware security keys for a faster and phishing-resistant login experience.
WordPress Users Module
Manage WordPress users directly from FlyWP without switching back and forth to wp-admin. Routine administration is now faster, simpler, and centralized.
Productivity & Workflow Improvements
Beyond the headline features, July also introduced several quality-of-life improvements to help you move faster every day.
Smarter Git Deployments
Git workflows received a significant upgrade with:
- Searchable repository selection
- Searchable branch selection
- Pagination for repositories with large branch lists
- Support beyond GitHub’s previous 30-branch limitation
Finding the right repository or deployment branch is now significantly faster – even for large projects.
Faster Interface Navigation
We also improved navigation throughout the dashboard with:
- Faster server/site navigation
- Better search relevance
- Improved role-aware search permissions
- Server-side theme preference that syncs across browsers and devices
These refinements make FlyWP feel more responsive and consistent regardless of where you log in.
Platform Improvements & Reliability
July also included numerous improvements behind the scenes to keep FlyWP stable and dependable.
Highlights include:
- Improved Vultr server provisioning
- Better backup and restore reliability
- Google Drive backup improvements
- Smarter backup retention handling
- Improved Bedrock deployment resilience
- Better multisite domain renaming
- Improved OpenLiteSpeed compatibility
- More reliable server provisioning detection
- Enhanced NGINX stability
- Better overall platform performance and reliability
While many of these updates happen behind the scenes, they contribute to a smoother experience across every FlyWP workflow.
