1. Payment Processing with Stripe Connect

Stripe Connect allows you to accept payments from your customers through your branded hosting business.

How the Payment Process Works

  1. You create your hosting packages and set your customer-facing prices.
  2. Your customers purchase hosting packages through your branded platform.
  3. Payments are processed through your connected Stripe account.
  4. Customer payments are received by your hosting business, subject to Stripe’s applicable fees and terms.
  5. You are responsible for paying your FlyWP White Label Platform Fee and applicable FlyWP infrastructure costs separately.
  6. You retain the remaining revenue after applicable FlyWP costs, payment processing fees, refunds, taxes, and other business expenses.

Example

Suppose you charge a customer $10/month for a hosting package.

  • Customer payment: $10
  • Payment processing: Subject to applicable Stripe fees
  • FlyWP Platform Fee: Paid separately
  • Hosting infrastructure: Paid separately, where applicable
  • Remaining revenue: Retained by your business after applicable costs and expenses

Your actual profitability depends on your pricing, infrastructure usage, payment processing fees, refunds, taxes, support costs, and other operating expenses.

2. FlyWP White Label Platform Pricing

Your White Label subscription is based on the number of active customers in your hosting business.

Plan Active Customer Limit Monthly Platform Fee
Free Launch 1–3 $0/month
Starter Up to 25 $29/month
Growth Up to 75 $49/month
Business Up to 200 $79/month
Scale Up to 500 $149/month
Enterprise 501+ Custom pricing

All plans include the same core White Label features. The primary difference between plans is the number of active customers supported.

Free Launch

Free Launch allows you to start building your hosting business with up to three active customers without a monthly White Label Platform Fee.

Applicable hosting infrastructure, third-party services, and other usage-based charges are not included in the free platform subscription.

Enterprise

If you need capacity for more than 500 active customers, contact FlyWP to discuss Enterprise pricing based on your business requirements.

3. Active Customer Definition

An active customer is a unique customer account with at least one active paid hosting subscription.

The following rules apply:

  • Trial accounts: Do not count until their first paid hosting subscription begins.
  • Failed payments or unpaid subscriptions: Continue to count during the applicable payment grace period.
  • Suspended customers: Continue to count while their paid subscription remains active or during an applicable grace period.
  • Cancelled customers: No longer count once their subscriptions have ended and no other active paid subscription remains.
  • Multiple websites or hosting packages: Multiple websites or packages belonging to the same customer account count as one customer.

These rules determine the applicable White Label pricing tier. FlyWP will communicate the applicable grace periods and any relevant billing rules.

4. Plan Limit & Upgrade Handling

You can monitor your active customer usage against your plan’s customer limit. Where supported by the platform, notifications may be provided as you approach your limit.

What Happens When You Reach Your Limit?

  • Usage visibility: You can check your active customer count against your plan allowance.
  • Approaching the limit: Where supported, the platform may notify you as you approach your limit.
  • Limit reached: Creating additional customer accounts is restricted until you upgrade your plan or reduce your active customer count.
  • Existing customers: Reaching your plan limit does not, by itself, suspend or disrupt existing customers, websites, or hosting services.
  • Upgrading: You can choose to upgrade when you need additional customer capacity.
  • No automatic paid upgrade: FlyWP will not automatically move you to a higher-priced plan without your consent.

Any applicable grace periods, billing adjustments, upgrade requirements, and enforcement rules will be communicated clearly.

5. Hosting Infrastructure Costs

The White Label Platform Fee does not include hosting infrastructure costs.

Depending on your setup, you can use:

  • FlyWP Managed Hosting
  • Bring Your Own Server (BYOS)

Applicable infrastructure costs are charged separately according to the relevant reseller or infrastructure pricing.

Example

Suppose you use:

  • White Label Platform: $29/month
  • Managed Server: $68/month

Your total monthly cost for these FlyWP services would be:

$29 + $68 = $97/month

You can then create your own hosting packages and decide how much to charge your customers.

Actual infrastructure costs depend on your selected services and applicable pricing.

6. Your Pricing, Your Revenue

FlyWP does not determine your customer-facing hosting prices. You decide how to package and sell your hosting services.

You control:

  • Package names
  • Customer prices
  • Billing cycles
  • Package resources
  • Hosting features and offers
  • Customer-facing package details

For example, you could offer:

  • Starter Hosting — $5/month
  • Business Hosting — $10/month
  • Agency Hosting — $25/month

Your customers purchase these services from your hosting business under your brand.

Your revenue depends on your pricing, customer base, infrastructure costs, and other operating expenses.

7. Responsibility for Customer Payments

As a reseller, you are responsible for managing your customers’ payments and billing relationships.

If a customer fails to pay for their hosting package, you remain responsible for your applicable FlyWP fees and infrastructure costs.

A customer’s non-payment does not automatically remove or reduce your payment obligations to FlyWP.

If a Customer Does Not Pay

  • You are responsible for managing the customer’s unpaid balance.
  • You may suspend or terminate the customer’s service according to your customer terms and applicable FlyWP policies.
  • You remain responsible for applicable FlyWP fees and infrastructure costs while the relevant resources remain active.
  • You should deprovision unused resources promptly to avoid unnecessary infrastructure costs.

8. What Happens If Your FlyWP Fees Are Unpaid?

Your FlyWP White Label Platform Fee and infrastructure charges must be paid according to the applicable FlyWP billing terms.

If your FlyWP account becomes overdue, FlyWP may take appropriate action under those terms, which may include:

  • Billing reminders
  • Restriction of relevant services
  • Suspension of services or infrastructure
  • Termination where applicable

Keeping your FlyWP account in good financial standing is your responsibility, regardless of whether your customers have paid you.

9. Refund Policy

As a White Label reseller, you establish and manage your own customer refund and cancellation policy.

You are responsible for communicating your refund, cancellation, and subscription policies to your customers.

Customer refunds are managed by you through your customer billing system and Stripe account, subject to Stripe’s applicable terms.

Important

A refund issued to your customer does not automatically cancel or refund your FlyWP White Label Platform Fee or applicable infrastructure charges.

If you continue to keep a server or other paid infrastructure active, applicable FlyWP charges may continue to apply.

10. FlyWP Infrastructure Refunds

Refunds, credits, or adjustments for FlyWP infrastructure are governed by the applicable FlyWP billing terms for the relevant infrastructure or service.

If you delete or deprovision a server, any applicable refund or credit will be determined according to the relevant FlyWP infrastructure billing policy.

You should not promise your customers a refund based on a potential FlyWP infrastructure refund unless your own customer terms explicitly provide for it.

11. Bring Your Own Server (BYOS)

If you use Bring Your Own Server (BYOS), you are responsible for the cost of the underlying server or infrastructure provider.

Your White Label Platform Fee remains separate from your infrastructure provider costs.

Your costs may include:

  • FlyWP White Label Platform Fee
  • Your cloud provider or server cost
  • Other applicable infrastructure or third-party service charges

You determine how much to charge your customers for the hosting services you provide.

12. Understanding Your Costs

Your total cost of operating a White Label hosting business may include the following:

FlyWP Costs

  • White Label Platform Fee
  • Managed hosting infrastructure costs, where applicable
  • BYOS Server Management Fees, where applicable, for managing your own servers through FlyWP
  • Applicable FlyWP services or add-ons

Other Business Costs

  • Stripe and other payment processing fees
  • Taxes applicable to your business
  • Refunds and chargebacks
  • Customer support and operations
  • Domain registration and renewal costs
  • Third-party services and integrations
  • Cloud infrastructure costs paid directly to your provider when using Bring Your Own Server (BYOS)

Your actual costs depend on your White Label plan, server configuration, applicable management fees, infrastructure provider, and service usage.

Consider these costs when setting your hosting prices and estimating your profit margins.

Important: The White Label Platform Fee, applicable BYOS Server Management Fees, and infrastructure costs are separate charges. Using your own server does not necessarily eliminate fees payable to FlyWP.

13. Example: Understanding Your Margin

Suppose you have 50 customers and charge each customer $5/month.

Customer Revenue

50 × $5 = $250/month

Example Costs

  • White Label Platform: $49/month
  • Managed Server: $68/month

Total FlyWP cost:

$49 + $68 = $117/month

Simplified Revenue After FlyWP Costs

$250 − $117 = $133/month

This is a simplified example and does not include Stripe fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, support, or other business expenses.

Your actual margin will depend on your pricing and operating costs. Server capacity and resource usage will also affect how many websites your infrastructure can support.

This example is illustrative and does not guarantee a particular profit margin or server capacity.

14. Simple Billing Flow

  1. Your customer purchases a hosting package.
  2. Payment is processed through your connected Stripe account.
  3. You manage the customer relationship and billing.
  4. You pay your FlyWP Platform Fee and applicable infrastructure costs separately.
  5. You retain your remaining revenue after applicable costs and expenses.

Your Brand → Your Customers → Your Revenue → Your Business Costs → Your Remaining Margin
